Your Road Map for Elder Care PlanningYour Elder Care Plan will be customized to fit your individual desires and needs. It
provides you with a road map that can be followed to achieve your care and asset protection goals. And, when
changes occur, we stay with you every step of the way, shifting your Plan to a new path as
it becomes necessary. Your Elder Care PlanYou pay one flat fee for an Elder Care Plan. We prefer not to bill our clients by the hour for our work. We have found that most clients and their families do not like hourly billing either. We have also seen problems with piece-meal services resulting in gaps in filling a client's needs. Our Elder Care Plan takes all these concerns into account. Your particular fee for your Elder Care Plan will be set in advance based upon the following factors:
The fee you pay for your Elder Care Plan includes all necessary legal documents, consultations, and other services, including the services of our Elder Care Coordinator, Elder Law Attorneys, and other team members of your Elder Care Plan team, necessary to implement your "plan of action." Getting StartedTo see whether an Elder Care Plan is right for you, please call or email
us to set up a consultation. Home visits and phone consultations are also available. Next Topic - The Elder Care Coordinator |
