Comprehensive Elder Law and Care Management Services
The Elder Centered Law practice of Levandowski and Darpino, LLC has developed a holistic approach to the long-term care

When confronted with their clients' care needs, other elder law firms refer their clients to other professionals, such
as geriatric care managers. This means that the client would then have to take the time and the effort to contact
the geriatric care manager, schedule an appointment, and establish a separate relationship with them. This also means
that the client leaves the elder law attorney's office without all of their problems addressed and without all of their
stress relieved. More importantly, in emergency situations time may run out.
Our approach is better. Before leaving our office, our clients have all of their problems and needs
addressed. We provide our clients with immediate peace of mind. There will be no delay in scheduling
an appointment with a geriatric care manager. Stress and anxiety
are greatly reduced. There is no need to establish a new relationship with another professional because you will have
already established a relationship with our Elder Care Coordinator. The result is that our clients are more likely
to get the care management help that they need and more likely to get it sooner.
We find that providing legal and care management services from the same firm facilitates continuity and the seamless
experience for our clients. There is a sharing of ideas, expertise, and information between the Elder Law Attorney
and the Elder Care Coordinator that results in fully coordinated planning which is implemented on a timely basis.
