extraordinary service that we call "elder care planning" that results in your own personalized Elder Care Plan. Placing particular
emphasis on issues surrounding quality of life, your Elder Care Plan matures with you, addressing your changing concerns about long term
care as you go through the later stages of your life. Simply put, your needs at age 65 are different than those at age 75 or
beyond, and your Elder Care Plan changes to meet those needs.
An Elder Care Coordinator from our firm works with each of our elder care planning clients so that there is always a "real face" our
clients can turn to for help. Our Elder Care Coordinator will assess your care needs and assist with coordination of needed
services. They also serve as an educational resource and supportive advocate for good care.
Elder Care Plans are individualized and address a client's particular needs, goals, and concerns. Because a Elder Care Plan changes
with your life circumstances, the Plan is reviewed on a regular basis.
